I won't disclose the indentity but let's just call it SFI.<br /><br />The interview was for a project management position for science and technology grants. A position for which I had considerable industry experience.<br /><br />The interviewer was a arrogant seconded academic who disdained everything non-academic.<br /><br />I revealed that I had done a law qualification (as well as a science PhD).<br /><br />At the end of the interview he said "well at least there's always the law". I asked if that meant I didn't get the job to which the HR handler made a not convincing denial as I was shuffled out of the room.<br /><br />I didn't get the job.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
